Equipment made of high-quality concrete grade C40/50 XC4+XF3, reinforced in two layers, with polyurethane coating, in jointless design, are particularly suitable for competitions.
 
Concrete obstacles are manufactured in one piece with the lanes. Boards in flat board design. All metal components (boards, obstacles) are galvanised. The integrated concrete obstacles have a visually appealing coloured coating made of two-component polyurethane.
 
Occasionally, very small cracks with isolated crack widths of less than 0.3 mm, so-called hairline cracks, can occur. Crack widths of up to approx. 0.3 mm are not objectionable in exterior areas.
Even larger crack widths do not necessarily mean a risk of corrosion for the reinforcement. In such cases, other (favourable) influences must be evaluated.
