Concrete obstacles are manufactured in one piece with the lanes. Boards in flat board design. All metal components (boards, obstacles) are galvanised. The integrated concrete obstacles have a visually appealing coloured coating made of two-component polyurethane.
Occasionally, very small cracks with isolated crack widths of less than 0.3 mm, so-called hairline cracks, can occur. Crack widths of up to approx. 0.3 mm are not objectionable in exterior areas.
Even larger crack widths do not necessarily mean a risk of corrosion for the reinforcement. In such cases, other (favourable) influences must be evaluated.
