Unit made of non-impregnated mountain larch, with slanted end grain (wood protection measure), sawn timber heart-cut. Tongue and groove planks made of 4 cm solid wood, highly resilient, no trickling through. Multi-layer board made of three-layer board (3 cm) or five-layer board (4 cm), high dimensional stability, weatherproof glued in accordance with DIN EN 13353:2011. Profiled disc for optimum pressure distribution and protection against water penetration. Retractable two-part screws. Hot-dip galvanised steel chains (V2A / V4A for an extra charge) welded before galvanising, short-linked, without eyelets on the connecting parts, easy to replace and shorten. High-quality roller bearings made of chrome steel or stainless steel for rotating elements, low-maintenance, easy to replace, sealed. Hull made of bent 4 mm sheet steel, primed and painted in two colours, all edges in the play area with sufficiently large radii. Sand container made of textile-reinforced rubber belt, 8 mm thick. Brass ship's bell.
